Apartamentele sunt situate intr-o zona foarte liniștita a orașului, cu parcare privată, super aproape de centru - 5 min de mers pe jos, foarte aproape de spitalul de oncologie, și fiecare dintre apartamente au tematica, noi am stat in apartamentul Apa, decorat frumos cu mult albastru. Supriza mare a fost ca am găsit in apartament un leagăn! Sufrageria și dormitorul au tv, cu Netflix și bucătăria dotata cu diverse- cuptor cu microunde, prăjitor paine, cafetiera!Super tare!!!

It is a great place to stay. Quiet, clean, a big bathroom, it was well equiped with everything you may need. I liked it a lot! It is in a central area, very close to everything important that you should visit in Cluj.

We have been staying at Aparthotel Gutinului since our first family vacation in Romania and I must say, we were never disappointed. It always felt like home, the place is so nice and family friendly... Very clean, quiet, nice rooms and a very well equipped kitchen - we need it, as we usually stay two weeks or more. We hope to come and stay many more times in the future.

I was in the highest apartment, a.22. We had a bathtub so I could enjoy a short bath when I was tired. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Sometimes people in the hotel made noise but it was not a lot of noise and they stopped. The kitchen has a lot of appliances so you can cook yourself. You can turn the couch into a two people bed and you also have a big bed in the bedroom,

The studio I stayed in was nice, confortable and cozy. It was very clean and had all the contidions needed. The location is also good, 10-15min walk from the city center. It was a nice experience, and I would definetely return if I visit Cluj again.

The place is located on a quiet street, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Rooms are surprinsingly large, very clean and equiped with everything one needs - toiletries etc. Check-in at Capitolina hotel, 5-7 minutes walking distance to Gutinului. (However, there's no need to go there again for the check-out.). The personnel was extremely helpful. Fluorescent light bulbs are visible in the dark - maybe bothering a highly light-sensitive person.

Preso in affitto un appartamento per una notte a dicembre 2014. Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città, stanza molto accogliente, con servizi buoni, perfettamente pulita, e con wifi ottimo. Unico neo, la reception, leggermente distante dall'aparthotel ( 5/10 minuti a piedi).Giudizio tuttavia ampiamente positivo

The hotel is placed in a good and quite area, pretty close to the center (10-15 minutes walk). There is a free parking place in front of the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The kitchenette had the basic items required (although the pan was a little bit worn).
