I had the best dinner in Constanta. The food was very good, the sevice was excellent. The view of the harbour was spectacular. I recommend black sea mussels in white sauce.

The location by the sea, the excellent food and the excellent service above all from our waitress Andreea have made our date night very special! We were very enthusiastic! It was definitely a highlight on our Romania trip!

I walked by this restaurant and the menu looked ok so I sat down. Service was good enough. The highlight was the pasta with mussels and it was very delicious and a generous serving. The view as I ate was nice too!

We had a pleasant dinner with friends in the last August weekend by the Black Sea at Tomis Marina in Constanta and we enjoyed it most. Good food, fresh from the sea. Good services, nice location. If you need a summer relaxing evening with family or friends by the sea, this is an excellent location

La 5 stele oferite, nu am cuvinte. Locația oferă o vedere relaxantă, mai ales seara. Ca și meniu am încercat creveții picanți cu usturoi, de aici și cele cinci *****, pieptul de pui, exact pe gustul copilului iar midiile în sos de vin alb, mhhhhhh de te lingi pe degete. Băuturile preparate tip cocteil fără alcool, super delicioase. Vom reveni

Aqua by the sea is a most try on Constanta. The kitchen is amazing. The fish and sea food is amazing, also the pasta. Excellent attitude of the personnel. I highly recommend this restaurant!
