We had a lovely time in August visiting volcano land on e-bikes. Istvan picked us up from our hotel and brought us back there safely. He is very knowledgeable about the region`s history and geophysics, but he is also a very nice person and very pleasant to hang out with. The scenery is spectacular and I we were very impressed both by the lake and by the tinov. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to come back soon. We recommend the region and this tour in particular to everyone that asked

When we booked this 5 days riding tour I did not expect such incredible perfect horses ! Most of them were Lipizzan bred - beautiful and strong horses. Very well trained, groomed and educated.The landscape was breathtaking - natural woods, meadows with orchids and so many flowers all around.We had nice accommodations and got good homemade food.Our guide Laszlo knew the best views, picnic places and took good care of us. We saw bear tracks and deers.Romania is a really beautiful country.

We decided to go try bear watching away from the more popular sites around Brasov. The trip was well organised with well coordinated taxi pick ups and drop off as we didn't have our own vehicle. The bear watching was a short ride into the forest and short walk to a nice out. The ranger was knowledgeable and spoke english. After 2.5 hours wait we were lucky with three bears passing by! Highly recommended!!

I joined a horseriding trail which was organized by Capathian Escapes. It was great. Together with another visitor I enjoyed the breath-taking nature on the back of a horse. The horses were very calm, reliable and sure-footed. The tour guide was friendly and knew even the little paths around. I would highly recommend Carpathian Escapes.

I went horseriding for 5 days through the Carpathian mountains. With great well taken care of horses we rode through the beautiful nature of Romania. The guide was very experienced and gave a great feeling of comfort. Really once in a lifetime experience, with raw untouched nature and ultimate freedom on the back of a horse!

My partner and I did this walk in early April. The drive to the visitor station was suited for a 4wd car, however, we managed to get there in our little Renault. They supplied us with waterproof boots and walking poles which was a great help. Waterproof footwear is a must!! Finally, the walk is amazing. Very beautiful and we got told of many stories relating to the caves. Definitely recommend!

Phenomenal experience. The guide for my ride was very knowledgeable in regards to the area and the culture. Extremely well behaved horse, was a pleasure to ride, guide spoke excellent English as well. Would highly recommend
