Fantastico! Ingredienti di base combinati insieme con fantasia, piatti un po' diversi dal solito ma senza esagerare e l'ambiente è davvero carino. Anche i bimbi hanno mangiato: zuppa e riso con broccoli. Detto così sembra banale ma invece davvero super.

Une véritable pépite lors de notre road trip roumain.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant. Petite salle intimiste,carte courte, des produits frais , une cuisine excellente, simple et efficace. La cuisine est ouverte, l ambiance est sympa.A découvrir absolument si vous êtes de passage à Sibiu!!!

This is a hidden gem of Sibiu. The place is brought to life by the chef and owner, Sami, under the name of Consommè. I found many bistros/restaurants along the romanian path, none as culinary impressive as this one. It is a culinary delight in so many ways, the atmosphere is perfect, the crew experienced/joyful, the food innovative and the thing that I like the most is that you always see the kitchen and know who’s preparing your food: Sami.
