The best experience with car rental in Romania so far. The pick-up went very well. The explanations were good and the car was in immaculate condition. They did check the condition of the car very carefully, which made me nervous about returning it, but that was unnecessary because it was then no problem. The car was almost new, great! The return was a little special because no one was there and I just had to deposit the keys. Contact went well, however, and the return receipt came straight away.

I’d booked a car with another company and there were last-minute problems causing a major disruption to my trip - I called EZ and was assured I would be looked afterAfter a short wait a car was brought to me from their depot, handed over efficiently and I carried on with my itineraryThe drop off was jsut as easy, met in airport car park and all done!
