I simply love attention to detail. Tasty, fresh ingredients. Plenty of choices in the menu. Accompanied by a nice selection of wine.Located in a quiet area, and hidden from the main routes / central, but totally worth it.

We stayed in the hotel so visited the restaurant on a few occasions. Each meal was beautifully presented with immense flavours. All the staff who served us were very friendly but still remained professional. The restaurant is a credit to the hotel and we will definitely return when in the area again.

Nothing but praise words for the quality of food and service at Privo restaurant. Highly recommended! The best thing is that they change the menu every 6 months or so, so there's no risk of getting bored with the same food. :)

I had dinner a few times to Privo with friends.I think is the best restaurant in Targu Mures at this moment.Absolutely everything i tasted is fabulous.My favourites are the salmon and the lamb.They have the best deserts I have ever tasted.A great thing about this restaurant are the wines-every wine we tasted was special and they do have a great selection.The service was absolutely perfect.
