Located at the entrance in Vama Veche, on the main road, near all atractions, 5 minutes on the beach. Very clean, rustic, hot water all time, air condition for superior rooms, a small garden in the back. Very good coffe from the house every morning! Very friendly staff and very polite!

First time I stayed at Elga's Punk Rock Hotel 10 years ago. Since then I always stay at Elga. The owners are amazing: friendly, fun, helpful. Got a nice yard to relax, kitchen, free coffee, great atmosphere and there are no noisy bars in the immediate vicinity. 3 minutes away from the sea. Also, very important, the place is very safe, they have cameras.Besides, it's best value for money available in Vama.

I have been at this place, 3 times now and it has always been a pleasure to come back. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and nice, they are basically the husband and wife owners of the place. The place is clean yet basic in amenities but this is what i am looking for when in Vama Veche. You are not looking for luxury there, just a good, clean and good priced place to crash after a good time. The free coffee at the reception in the morning is always a great plus

Elga and Gabi are splendid owners of this funky hostel. The location is perfect and the rooms are equipped with the necessary items. I appreciated that they helped us with a 3rd night booking and were always so warm and inviting...even at 7am after a late night out. We highly recommend this place to all who visit Vama Veche.

The owners are incredible friendly people. It's a trill to meet such great people. The rooms are very clean, the yard is beautiful. The only let's say minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin. But I'm a sound sleeper so that didn't affect me too much :) It's across the street from the main street in Vama Veche so you will not be bothered by over-partying folks.All in all, excellent value for money! And the coffee.... absolutely perfect... and free! :)I highly recommend the place.

I have spent too summers in Vama and i stayed both times at Elga's punk rock hotel.The hosts are awesome, couldn't have asked for anything more.The rooms are cozy, beds are comfy and the sheets are extremly clean. And so is the bathroom.The prices are average and the benefits are enormous.They give you fresh towels and the most important thing, you have acces at any time of the day or night to a fully equiped kitchen.

Really nice place! We planned staying for only 2 nights, but now we took extra 1 or even 2 nights! It's nothing special, but you feel like home here! The rooms are clean and owners are really friendly! Deffenetly will stay here again, if we visit vama veche again. Although if you plane staying, you should book a front, 'cause it's quite full.

A apreciat · Când mă gândesc la Vama Veche mă gândesc clar și la Elga's Punk RockLocație superbă, oameni super faini începând de la gazdă până la oamenii frumoși pe care singur îi găsești în grădină, confort, curățenie și orice ti-ai mai putea dori pentru a avea o experiență 100% vamaiotă și autentică.Oana și Vladimir se vor întoarce de fiecare dată aici plini de extaz și de dor.
