Perfect combination between the natural beauty of the surroundings and the whole concept of accomodation: old houses painstainkingly refurbished with great care for details but with all the modern amenities, old romanian dishes cooked to perfection, unique Spa area. The staff is wonderful: friendly, nice and ready to help their guests to have a memorable experience.

The best place in Romania I have visited so far. The food is great and unique even though it’s pricey. Drinks are extremely delicious. We had a negroni and a bottle of riesling. The pool is the main attraction but it’s only open between 6-9 pm. Breakfast was very good, they had all kinds of milk. We only stayed for one night but we’re definitely coming back. The only bad thing about the place is the road, a lot of stones and slopes but it’s worth. You can only go by reservation.

This is was one of the best place and location I had the chance to visit. The location is superb, the landscape is breathtaking, the hosts are very friendly and profesional, the food very good and healthy, so ...you better go there and see it !

We stayed here to get together with family who live in Romania. It was a beautiful introduction to authentic traditional life, beautiful Romanian food and wine, exemplary service and charming hospitality. I highly recommend this experience, for its peaceful, unique ambience, and the heavenly views. Extremely worthwhile, and we hope to come back here (from Australia). Thanks Addy and team.

The price range is a bit high, but it’s totally worth it. The food is extraordinary, the accommodation is perfect and the surroundings are incredible. They have a bar open until late and the hosts recommended the local wines and beer, and we sure don’t regret trying them. We had a lot of fun hiking and sunbathing during the day and some good laughs by the campfire at night. Everyone there was really cool, they made our stay really comfortable and we’ll definitely be back next year.

We can’t wait to go back at Raven’s Nest and spend even more days there, this time. Three days are definitely not enough, you need at least a week to enjoy everything. There are plenty of things to do outside, from hiking to sleeping in the hammock. We’re thankful to the lovely hosts for the great food, the campfire, the wine and all the laughter, we loved every second there and can’t wait to be back.

Just perfect if you want to stay chill. The staff is incredible, you feel like you are at a friend's house; the food is amazing. Perfect place for a city escape! Don't forget your swimwear, they have a jacuzzi in the woods with amazing views to the valley.

Whenever I go to Raven's Nest, time seems to stop. If you're looking for a place to recharge your batteries, this is the perfect spot. Plus you get all the modern facilities you're accustomed to. Not to mention the great food - if you grew up in the countryside, it will take you back to your childhood in an instant.

This hotel is something you rarely see!! Everything is just perfect.. The location has astonishing views.. The rooms are nice and comfortable...The food, made from bio ingredients found in the area, very good and healthy.. There are a lots of places near by you can visit..And the host, Alina extremely kind and helpful... I wish I could go to this amazing place more often!!! I recommend it to anyone who's seeking a nice quiet brake in the mountains!!
