Awesome small place with perfect concept. Bartender knows his stuff and with smile on his face will tell you not only history of bar, but will also make you intense, crazy but tasty shot with various alcohol combination. Our random visit was definetly best part of our night in Iaşi.

Whenever I go there I like to let the staff mix the drinks in the shots however they see fitted and they've always delivered the best quality and taste in every glass. You can also just ask for a specific taste and it will be enough for them to give you the best shot you'll ever have.

Sotaria is one of a kind bar in Iasi and maybe in Romania, the cool tailor concept of creating shots makes it a great and unic brand for the local teens to start and end a beautifull night out in the town. Even if it is a small space the party begins there by entering on the front door, drinking great "manufactured" shots and leave after 3-5 minutes on the backdoor to party in the clubs nearby only to return again later.
