My experience of Washescu, in particular this branch, was delightful. Although they must of thought I was some crazy Englishman, they did an amazing job. Everyone was accommodating, friendly and did exactly as they advertised. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you very much 😊

Absolutely stellar business. We had a small group of people staying at a hotel by the airport which wanted 4 Euro to wash a single pair of pants. Extremely unaffordable. Fortunately we ran across WASHescu and for the price of washing two pairs of pants at the hotel, they picked-up, washed, dried, folded, and delivered an entire bag of laundry. Very professional owners. Great business by two young entrepreneurs.

Perfect customer service!!! Went there during staff hours and they did my wash and dry for 15 lei. Free WiFi and couches there. Perfect laundromat and perfect staff:)!!

The space is a little tight but it is enough to do what you have to do. You do not need to stay inside. Just use the app to see when your clothes are almost ready

Am utilizat serviciul lor prin Glovo. Nu am nimic de resprosat. Au ajuns la timp, curate si cu un miros placut.

Voi reveni. Prima oara cand merg si am ramas placut impresionat. Curat inauntru, instructiuni clare si o spalare eficienta; pt chiloti sosete programul de 30 min pare a fi suficient, nu stiu inca pt tricouri pant etc. Obs: cred ca e cel mai placut miros de balsam ever!

Very high-tech. Download the app before you come so that you can scan the QR code to enter! You can also use the app to check the availability of the washers and dryers. Very nice inside, free FAST wifi. Touchscreen options in English and Romanian. You can even pay with card!

Great service, the app and washers/dryers are easy to use, both locations are easily accessible. The detergent and softener smell great and the clothes look almost ironed after the drying program. When available, the staff is really nice and helpful

Fully automated, secure, and there’s free WiFi using Facebook account to get access. Machines are all new and relatively fast. There’s instructions in both local language and English, but it’s in a neighbourhood that’s not so easy to find. So finding parking was also a bit hard.
